Ben Greeno had three rotisseries custom built and turned a neighbourhood pub into a place people book. Downstairs is white tile, stripped walls and garlic hanging from the ceiling. Upstairs holds fifty-six people, a private cocktail bar and a Juliet balcony. They blind-tasted over six hundred cocktails to build the list.
