The soda factory is on a raised platform opposite the bar, so you can watch the thing being made that you are about to drink. Wattle cola, bush tonic, smoked lemonade, blackstrap ginger, all native or close to it. It won Bar of the Year and it is on Skittle Lane, which also has the coffee.
