Dan Hong and Justin Hemmes took a trip through Southeast Asia and built a room out of it: street food dishes, two big banquet menus and a bar that stays open late. It is in the Ivy precinct on George Street, which is Merivale trying to make the middle of the CBD somewhere people go at night.
