THE TAKE

Khanom means dessert in Thai and the house is a blue shopfront in the Chippendale backstreets. Yeen Verasenee taught herself to bake over hundreds of test bakes and now makes a pandan honey cake of seven individually baked layers.

WHY IT’S WORTH IT
