THE TAKE

On level one of the QT, inside what used to be the Gowings department store, with heritage walls carrying loud artwork and coloured lanterns overhead. Robert Marchetti built the concept as a European brasserie with steakhouse theatrics: flames, martinis wheeled to the table, handmade pasta. One hat in 2023.
