THE TAKE
Lennox Hastie opened this in 2022, seven years after Firedoor, and it is the other half of the same Basque story: the pintxos taverna instead of the asador. The name is the snack itself, anchovy and guindilla and olive on a stick, and also the Rita Hayworth film. Half the tables are held for walk-ins, which Firedoor never does.
