Thirty seats down a back alley in Double Bay. By day it is breakfast bánh mì, family-recipe pho and Vietnamese coffee. Wednesday to Saturday nights it turns into a wine bar with contemporary Vietnamese plates. Cindy Mai grew up in her family's Vietnamese restaurants and this is her own version of that.
