There is one thing on the menu and it is coffee. Dan Yee and Shoji Sasa buy in small batches and roast it all in house, and they never go more than a month without a new coffee in stock. Floor-to-ceiling American oak, a bar edged in brushed brass, and more room to stand than to sit.
