Suluban, Blue Point and Uluwatu beach are the same cove, entered through a limestone cave at the foot of the stairs. The tide runs it: at high water the cave floods and the sand disappears.
WHY IT’S WORTH IT
1The entrance through the cave is the best thirty seconds on this coast.
2It is the way into the Uluwatu break, so the stairs are lined with warungs and surf bars facing the wave.
3On a falling tide you get the sand and the show at once.
