THE TAKE

Twenty two seats in a real cave ten metres underground, found in 2013 while digging a villa: a seven or ten course menu with projections on the rock, directed by Ryan Clift of Tippling Club in Singapore.

WHY IT’S WORTH IT

1It is an actual limestone cave with stalactites, not a room built to look like one.

2Everyone sits at once and the menu is paired with wine or with cocktails.

3There is a vegetarian version of the full menu, which at this level is not a given.
